Peugeot has confirmed that it won't sell its version of the Citroen C4 Aircross in the UK.
Sister company Citroen unveiled the C4 Aircross last week, saying its Volkswagen Tiguan rival will go on sale next year. The C4 Aircross is based on the Mitsubishi ASX.
Peugeot already sells a compact crossover – the Peugeot 3008 – so, it says, there's no need to introduce a Peugeot-badged ASX.
However, a compact Peugeot SUV could go on sale in emerging markets such as China.
