Renault has revealed the Clio Expression Eco, its cleanest version yet.
The new 94g/km car comes courtesy of an 'Eco Pack' that can specified as a £250 option on three- and five-door Expression versions of the Clio.
Thanks to the 'Eco Pack', that includes revised engine mapping, taller gearing and ultra-low-rolling-resistance tyres, the Clio returns an average of 78.4mpg – a 2.1mpg increase on cars without the pack.
When the pack is added to the three-door Expression, the Clio becomes the cheapest sub-100g/km supermini in the UK at £12,450.
It also benefits from zero-rated road tax and is also exempt from the London Congestion Charge. The Clio Expression also attracts just 13% company car tax.
The 94g/km Renault Clio Expression Eco can be ordered now.
