Renault has released details of the Twingo RenaultSport, which it will formally unveil at the Geneva Motor Show.
Specifics of the highly tuned car remain sketchy, but Renault has confirmed it will be powered by a 131bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine.
Estimates suggest it will travel from 0-62mph in about 7.5sec, with a top speed of 130mph.
The Twingo RS will go on sale in the UK in late summer. Prices are expected to start at around £12,000.
