This is the Kia Soulster, a concept car that will be unveiled in the metal at the Detroit motor show this weekend.

Kia has only confirmed only that the car is based on the Soul supermini.

However, the leaked image clearly shows a three-door, four seater that blends elements of a convertible and pick-up truck.

No engines have been confirmed, but they are likely to come from the standard Soul range.

The standard Soul will go on sale in the UK in March.
