Here is the first official photo of the new Porsche Panamera, which will go on sale next year.
The Panamera's official debut will be at the Geneva show next March, and it is expected to be priced from around £50,000, rising to nearly £100,000 for the range-topper.
Designed as a four-door grand touring sports car, the Panamera can easily seat four large passengers and accommodate their luggage, according to Porsche. At 55.8in high, 76in wide with an overall length of 195.7in, the car is considerably wider and lower than other cars in its class.
Porsche has developed new engines for the Panamera. The V-engines come with six and eight cylinders and range in power from 300bhp to 500bhp. The top-spec 500bhp Panamera V8 Turbo 4x4 offers a top speed of 200mph.
Porsche is also planning a petrol-electric hybrid.
