Scrappage discounts from Mazda

09 July 2009

Huge discounts have been announced by Mazda, with scrappage savings of between £2000 and £6000 available across its range.

The massive discounts are available to buyers who trade-in a car more than 10 years old and could result in a £6000 saving on a new RX-8 – slashing its price from £24,478 to just £18,474.

Mazda's sales and marketing director, Mark Cameron, said: 'Now that the Government-backed scrappage scheme is running smoothly, we've reviewed Mazda’s range of discounts to ensure we're offering the best possible deals.

'These improved allowances, together with our products' core attributes – stylish design, generous specifications and legendary reliability – make purchasing a Mazda a uniquely attractive proposition.'
