Not only has Skoda joined the scrappage scheme, it's also topping up the £2000 contribution with additional savings.

The Fabia supermini starts from just £5995, with Skoda sweetening the deal by an extra £600 over the basic scrappage discount. The Octavia costs from £8995, with an extra £545 put in the kitty by Skoda. The Roomster and Superb are both subject to additional discounts of £500.
