Seat Leon
Seat has announced a new extended warranty policy that's available on all cars in its range.

All Seats get a three-year/60,000-mile warranty as standard, but buyers can now add a one- or two-year warranty on top.

The resulting four-year/75,000-mile and five-year/90,000-mile policies have exactly the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty, so there’s no limit to the number of claims that can be made.

In addition, there remains no excess to pay and all work is carried out by trained Seat technicians, using genuine parts.

The typical price of extra cover for any Seat Ibiza is £209 for one year and £359 for two. A two-year extension for any Leon costs around £439.

These extended warranties are available through any dealer prior to registration and the cost can be spread across finance payments if necessary.

Seat claims these prices can’t be beaten by third-party warranty providers.
