Kia has extended the seven-year warranty on its Cee'd small family car to cover the whole car.

Previously, the Cee'd had a five-year warranty, but with an extra two years' cover on the engine and gearbox.

Existing owners aren't left out, though - the increase in cover applies retrospectively to any Cee'd bought from launch.

Kia is the only manufacturer in Europe to offer a seven-year warranty. Kia also recently announced a five-year warranty for its Carens MPV.
