Seat has yet to provide any fuel economy or emissions figures for the car but the performance of the engines in the Altea gives some indication.
Given the
Toledo is a little bigger, and therefore likely to be a little heavier, fuel consumption and emissions could increase slightly.
Fuel consumption will probably vary from a low of around 35mpg on the most powerful petrol to approximately 50mpg on the smaller 1.9-litre diesel.
Emissions should see the petrols fit into the 23% to 25% company tax band. The diesels will probably hover around the 18% to 19% mark unless Seat engineers the smaller ones to meet Euro IV emissions standards. If it does the 1.9-litre could squeeze into the lowest 15% banding.
If the Altea is anything to go by, the Toledo will be put together extremely well.
