Prices and trims have been revealed for the all-new Skoda Octavia Estate.
The new model is 9cm longer than the previous-generation car, which means more space for occupants and their luggage.
Boot space is 610 litres with the seats in place and a class-leading 1740 litres when they're folded. Dropping the front passenger seat allows items of up to 2.92m long to be carried.
The boot also has nets to stow items, a rubbish bin, a double-sided floor mat and various hooks.
All Octavia Estates come with alloy wheels, DAB digital radio, air-conditioning, touch-screen controller and Isofix fixings.
SE models add rear sensors, dual-zone air-conditioning and remote rear seat folding. On top of that, Elegance trim adds sat-nav, cruise control and part-alcantara/leather seats.
The range starts at £16,790 for a 1.2-litre petrol in S trim and rises to £24,040 for the 2.0-litre diesel with a DSG semi-automatic gearbox.
Buying an estate will add around £800 to the price of the equivalent hatchback. The Skoda Octavia Estate goes on sale in the UK in June.
A Greenline version, with CO2 emissions of 87g/km, will be released towards the end of 2013. Price and specifications will be revealed closer to its on-sale date.
