This is Suzuki's Kizashi 3 concept car, the latest version of the firm's mooted Ford Mondeo rival.
The car will initially be aimed at the US market when it is launched early in 2010, but it is expected to go on sale in the UK shortly afterwards.
This concept car, unveiled at the New York motor show, is powered by a 296bhp 3.6-litre V6 driving all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.
Because the same engine featured in the previous Kizashi 2 concept car, it is now widely expected to form the basis for a sporty model in the range.
