Hummer will launch its smallest-ever vehicle in 2009.
The Hummer H4 4x4will be based on the HX concept car that General Motors will display at the Detroit motor show in January next year.
Official design sketches show that the car is a 2+2 seater and features two removable roof panels to create an open-top. It will also be suitable to run on E85 bioethanol.
Although there is no official confirmation, the H4 is expected to be available in the UK.
