Vauxhall's Agila will cost from £7595 when it goes on sale in April 2008.
The supermini is powered by 62bhp 1.0-litre and 82bhp 1.2-litre petrol engines and a 72bhp 1.3 diesel unit.
The higher-powered petrol engine is available with automatic transmission.

The higher-powered petrol engine falls into VED road tax band C and will cost £115 a year to tax.
The car will be available in three trim levels.
The Agila shares its parts with the Suzuki Splash, which goes on sale next March.
