The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is hoping to break records for a football-themed numberplate when it sells WE57 HAM later this month.
The numberplate is part of a three-day sale that will run from October 24-26 at the Down Hall Hotel in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.
The current record for a football-themed numberplate is £36,000, which was raised by AR53 NAL in 2004.
The league table of top football plates reads:
