What Car? Q&A - Where do I find out about recalls?

22 March 2007
Q: I've just taken delivery of a second-hand Citroen C5 and am impressed. However, I want to find out what recalls have been issued for that model. Where should I go?

A: The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) has a website that lets you find out about the recalls on your particular car. Visit www.vosa.gov.uk for a look.

However, you should also be able to take the car to a Citroen dealer and ask them to check if any recall work has been done or if any is needed. In the future, as the registered keeper, you should receive notification about any recalls.
