For The 318d is the cleanest and most frugal Three, with just about enough power. M Sport cars have a bodykit, larger alloys, lowered suspension, sports front seats and aluminium trim.

Against It's no ball of fire, and upgrading to the stronger 320d doesn't cost much more. Plus, the M Sport bodykit sits a little uneasily on a car which doesn't have the performance to match.
