There’s little excitement to be had behind the wheel, especially in this version, but its low price and good spec make it our pick of the range.

Buyer's notes

Target Price team says:

The BLS is basically a rebodied version of the Saab 9-3, and the two cars share the same engines. So, in the Cadillac, as in the Saab, it's a diesel engine that makes the best buy thanks to its strong pull, good economy and low company car tax bills.

Perhaps the most difficult problem to overcome when looking to buy a Cadillac is the very limited number of dealers in the UK, which are concentrated in the major cities.

One of the cars' major attractions is its distinctive looks, and you can make it all the more distinctive by picking something from the accessories range. This includes interior and exterior styling add-ons, as well as more practical items, such as roof rails and tow bars.
