    My car

After almost two years ownership I can confidently say this is the most practical and enjoyable car I have owned in 35 years of motoring, I cannot think of any current car I would prefer to own that would not cost at leat 3 times as much to purchase, and even then I'm not sure I would change.

The comfort and space is really great and although a few other van derivatives may offer the space, they still look very van like, while the Berlingo, especially in XTR Guise looks more Sports Utility than the others.

I have found the loading bay to be vast, and makes other cars like a Mercedes Estate look puny in comparison.

I often use the interior roof bars to carry light loads and some of my friends have commented that they would find them brilliant for transporting the wing sections of their radio controlled planes.

I have a towbar fitted to the Berlingo andit tows very well indeed and with stability.

The 90BHP Diesel is quite powerful enough for any driving circumstances I have encountered, easily powering a fully laden car up steep motorway gradients in top gear easily maintaining the legal limit and more. In fact, I have to be very careful on the open Road to keep within speedlimits as the car easily cruises at 80mph plus.

I have no doubt that at the end of three years this will be replaced with another Berlingo. Reliability and service have also been faultless and bits don't fall off either (unlike previous Citroens I have owned.
