For The Citroen Nemo Multispace has plenty of space for four and their luggage, so it’s very practical for such a small car. A smooth ride means it's decent to drive, too.
Against The kids will get annoyed that the rear windows don't open fully, and it lacks some safety kit. The long tailgate could prove to be a pain as well.
The Citroen Nemo Multispacehas decent practicality, and although it isn't especially clever, the low price and running costs mean there's much to like about the car.
It's not just that there's one engine to choose from; there's just one model. So, if you buy a Nemo, it will have a 1.3-litre diesel engine, with a start/stop system and averaging over 65mpg.
As you might expect of a car that shares much of its underpinnings with a van, this is a model that's designed for hard work, and the whole look and feel of the car reflect that. To some eyes, it might be rather minimal - especially for safety - and we'd certainly recommend fitting the optional air-conditioning.
On the other hand, the Nemo is surprisingly good to drive and very easy to manoeuvre. It's even quite refined, but the real attraction will be the car's low price and running costs.
