For An incredible machine that takes the standard F430 and adds more power, less weight and even keener driving responses to come up with the best Ferrari for many years.

Against This is a hardcore machine for keen drivers, so don't expect much in the way of refinement or comfort. Track-orientated suspension is not ideal for town driving.

Buyer's notes

Target Price team says:

The Scuderia may look much the same as the standard Ferrari F430, but a closer look reveals some subtle differences in the specification.

Most notable is the fact that the 4.3-litre V8 engine has had its power increased by 20bhp to 503bhp, which helps the Scuderia to a top speed of 198mph - 2mph faster than the standard car. More importantly, the Scuderia cracks 0-62mph in 3.6 seconds to be 0.4 seconds faster than the standard model.

That doesn't sound like much, but at this level margins are measured in almost imperceptible changes. This shows up in the way the Scuderia drives: it's sharper, harder charging and even more precise than the F430, making it the natural choice for drivers determined to own the purest, finest Ferrari driving experience.

It comes at a hefty price premium as the Scuderia costs more than £30,000 over and above the F430. However, if you want your Latin driving thrills in their most undiluted form, the Scuderia is for you.
