    My car

I haven't had my 2011 Fiesta 1.4 Petrol Titanium 3 Door for very long but can I just say... it is hands down the best car I have ever owned. I had a 2008 Ford Fiesta (Mark 6.5) and my goodness what a HUGE difference this new car is! The build quality in this car is excellent, all of the dashboard is made of high quality soft touch squishy materials, lower down the cabin some reviews state 'cheap plastics' but they don't look or feel it! Everything has a nice solid feel to it (no rattles/squeaks/clunks), the doors make a re-assuring 'Thud' when you close them rather than a tinny 'clank' sound. I'm 6'3 and I have to bring the seat forward quite a few clicks because it goes back SO far (Something I have never had to do in any small or medium sized car!). I can't get over how much equipment this small car features too, it has Climate Control, Cruise Control, Bluetooth and Voice Activated commands (That actually work), Auto Lights, Auto Wipers, Auto Dimming Rear view Mirror, Electric folding heated door mirrors, Sony stereo, privacy glass, 16" alloys, heated windscreen, USB/Aux.... the list goes on and on! The engine is very very smooth, refined and quiet at all speeds. At 70mph you can easily have a conversation and not raise your voice and it drives like a much bigger car it's so refined you'd never think it was a Fiesta more a Focus/Mondeo. It heats up extremely quickly too in the cabin which is great on those cold mornings. Do yourself a favour... BUY THIS CAR, ITS IMMENSE

    My car

I am only sorry to read Tom Wainwright's experience. Should have bought from Birchwood Ford, Eastbourne my friend: excellent dealership (very supportive, give me discounts all the time on accessories, advice, etc.), and the car feels as solid as a rock. What a car: as much fun as a go-kart to drive, so refined and quiet on the road, accelerates and performs eagerly with this 1.4 litre duratec power plant. I have to disagree with those slating quality: I challenge you to find a better quality supermini at this price, with equipment levels (climate control, bluetooth/phone, MP3, electric windows, airbags everywhere, lovely interior pack 2 set, starter button, ambient lighting, lovely 15-spoke alloys, parking sensors, super stereo, etc.) and - actually - in spite of some plastics not being great - there is so much to this car to make you turn a blind eye to that! What else: best in class handling, drop dead looks, superb security. What do you expect? Cashmere roof lining and leather stitched door inserts?! I tested, viewed and checked every single competitor of the Fiesta, and the FIRST thing I did in every car was sit in the back. I am 5ft 11ins, and the Fiesta has impressive headroom all round, and plenty of space in the back. Yes, okay, the boot isn't the biggest, but then if you wanted boot space, you'd buy a Volvo Estate wouldn't you? I've got 2 big suitcases in and other bags no problems. It is quite simply a joyous car to own, huge fun to drive, absolutely love it

    My car

THE NEW FIESTA BEST BY FAR!! I'm the proud owner of the New ford Fiesta. Ordered mine mid Sept 08 and received it Nov 5th 08. Hot magenta is my colour (as on Advert). People just stop and stare!! I had previously owned the series 6 (the shape was never great, but it was cheap to run). When the New Fiesta was first released on the internet Aug 08, I knew that I had to have one. Now I have. It looks really sexy and the whole driving experience is fantastic for a small car. The whole body shape is fantastic. My wing mirrors automatically fold in on locking the vehicle. It comes with all the luxuries only found in a big exec car; but my fiesta has a lot more. Ford have finally got it right! Beautiful car.

    My car

This is my first ever car and what can I say! It is fantastic. I ordered a 1.4 Titanium 3dr with the full dress up kit, tech pack and all the extras e.t.c. The dealer handed me the keys 3 weeks early and was very polite in telling me how everything works. The car looks great in panther black and with the optional "full dress up kit" it's well worth your money. The car drives brilliantly and as a self confessed 17 year old boy racer, this fiesta wipes the floor with Porsches, Lambos and even the odd ferrari (until you get past 30 mph!)

So far I have averaged around 45 MPG and that is in town traffic which I think is pretty good since I have a habit of flooring it when the road is empty!!! Having just passed my test, the insurance wasn't too bad either. In insurance group 4 the car cost me £1254 to insure under my parents' policy which compared to other insurance premiums for a 17 year old is pretty good.

I love sitting inside the fiesta. The whole cabin looks very futuristic and once you get used to it, it's easy to use. If I were to have one complaint it would be the rear and side visibility when overtaking. On the motorway it's difficult to see when overtaking becuase of the physical dynamics of the car which lead to a big blackspot but other than that it's perfect. I have only done 647 miles and I have loved every minute and I have only filled up the tank once!!! You can't go wrong with this brilliant little car!
