What does it cost?
For The Fiesta’s crisp, accurate steering and taut body control mean it’s an absolute joy to drive. The diesel engine is extremely economical.
Against The 1.6-litre diesel engine is clattery and loud when you rev it. Unfortunately, that’s something you have to do all too often due to the shortage of torque. This model is poorly equipped, too.

It’s competitively priced and is available with massive discounts. Whichever model you choose, make sure you shop around. Ford's website is a good place to start: here you can find all the latest company offers, such as free equipment and low-rate finance.
Conscious that the Fiesta will appeal to younger drivers and in order to give parents a little more peace of mind, Ford also offers a programmable ignition key. This key can be pre-set to control certain parameters, including limiting the top speed of the vehicle, muting the audio until the seat belts are fastened and preventing the ESP system from being disabled.
