For The Fiesta ST is outstanding fun, competitively priced and has decent running costs by hot hatch standards. ST2 trim adds part-leather Recaro seats and an upgraded Sony stereo.

Against Some might find it a touch noisy and firm in regular mundane driving.

Buyer's notes

Target Price team says:

Some rivals may be classier, and some better equipped, but none are more fun than the Fiesta thanks to its dynamic brilliance.

It’s competitively priced and is available with massive discounts. Whichever model you choose, make sure you shop around. Ford's website is a good place to start: here you can find all the latest company offers, such as free equipment and low-rate finance.

Conscious that the Fiesta will appeal to younger drivers and in order to give parents a little more peace of mind, Ford also offers a programmable ignition key. This key can be pre-set to control certain parameters, including limiting the top speed of the vehicle, muting the audio until the seat belts are fastened and preventing the ESP system from being disabled.
