    My car

Having moved on from my Nissan Juke, I needed to get something slightly bigger with a more relaxed and refined engine. I narrowed down my selection to 3 cars. The Kuga, Quashqai and Tiguan. Of the 3, I felt the Kuga was the most refined, well built and car like to drive. Its also incredibly stylish and affordable. I got a cracking deal on a nearly new one, which came fully loaded with the X-Pack, which includes Xenons, full heated leather and a panoramic roof. It also had the comms pack and appearance pack. Add this to the standard Titanium spec and you end up with a car which has all the bells and whistles to rival competition from cars in two classes above. In the time Ive owned it, it has proven faultless, economical, smooth and effortless to drive. The panoramic roof makes the cabin an airy and spacious place to be and the solar relfecting roof and windscreen means it feels cool even on bright and sunny days! The high driving position gives a real feeling of safety and the Cat one immobiliser adds by providing class leading security. So far, Ive found no flaws at all with the car. It looks fantastic, drives easily, is comfortable on long journeys and seems to be holding its value well. In summary, Id recommend a Kuga to anyone who needs a crossover vehicle.

    My car

Definitely the one to go for. Comfortable, easy to drive, good quality apart from centre panel on dash which looks tacky.

    My car

I have just had this car two weeks, bought by husband. Had a 1.8 Mondeo estate diesel and traded it in for this. First thing I noticed, how the boot is 2/3 of the Mondeo and the back leg room isn't so generous. I am watching the consumption and I think it's not far off the Mondeo, filling up every two weeks. Very flash car and does get noticed, interior nice and sharp. Voice activated radio, phone etc. will rarely get used by me. I am looking forward to driving next winter, as the last one was very treacherous. I have it sitting on the drive and I am always thinking 'Where can I go in it'. I feel it is like a tall Focus.

    My car

I've had the car just over 19 months now and done 18k miles. It looks great and drives really well. I read with amusement all the reports saying space is limited in the cabin but they're wide of the mark. I'm over 6ft and have plenty of head and leg room whether in the front or back. The driver's seat has plenty of adjustment and it's eay to get comfy. The dash is well laid out although I do find some of the controls fiddly. The lack of a USB port in a top of the range model is a major source of frustration too. My other major gripes are that there's too much road and wind noise, especially on the motorway when you have to have the stereo on silly volumes to hear it properly. The auto wipers are next to useles, often not coming on unless you're in a monsoon. Or they'll be hammering away at full tilt when there's just the odd spot of rain on the windscreen. Similarly, the auto headlights are on all the time unless the sun is high in a cloudless sky so is an option I've used just the once. And the boot is tiny for such a big car. It's saving grace though was just how brilliantly it coped in the snow. The car certainly went where lots of others couldn't in the Jan 2010 snow storms.
