Buyer's notes

Target Price team says:

There's an enormous range of permutations with any pick-up and the Ranger is no exception. Before you sign on the dotted line, though, you should think very carefully about which bodystyle you choose, as there are important compromises to be struck. In particular, the more room you specify for passengers, the less room you'll have for luggage in the loadbay.

You can also pick between two- and four-wheel drive models, and a variety of trims, ranging from basic workhorse to mega-luxury. There's less choice when it comes to engines. Your only option is a diesel unit, and pretty much every version of the Ranger comes with the 2.5-litre engine.
