    My car

I am so disappointed with this car and wished I had never seen it. The very pushy salesman insisted I would achieve 42mpg and I was looking for economy in a bigger car. I also have a Seat Alhambra which does 44 to 50mpg so this seemed reasonable. I have never managed above 31.8 and I am a careful driver. I fill the tank and the range is about 340 miles...compared to 625 in my Seat. The Blue Tooth it dire. Pulling out of a junction can be tricky as sometimes it lurches and there is a slight delay before it goes. I was told it would have heated windscreen wipers (it doesn't) and the ECO button makes not a jot of difference! The salesman said it would improve mpg. I am getting rid as soon as I can.

    My car

I have had this car 3 years now and it still feels new. No creaks or rattles. The 2 ltr has all the go I need, however the economy wasn't as good as I anticipated, average around 38mpg. Quality all round is good with the exception of the alloys marking up, as other have commented. Cornering is excellent, bumpy roads will unsettle the ride but good altogether. Comfort levels are excellent and we have had many long trips and been very pleased, not sure just how silent What Car need the cabin but we find it fine. Loaded with extras, but I was lucky enough to get a First Edition and a lot was thrown in for a bargain price. I mean, who else has heated REAR seats in its range? I compared and tested many other SUVs around and nothing could touch it for price or spec by a long way. I have done some off-roading previously and couldn't help but test its abilities. Very impressed, no one talks of this part but just amazing! Used Hill hold and then climbed a steep slippery slope with absolute ease. Heavily rutted tracks needed some work but dug itself out of everything, will always be limited by ground clearance but so will all 'roadies'. I'll keep this one until the warranty runs out and then go for a Sorrento as the family is growing. Two friends have now bought a Sportage. Well done Kia!

    My car

I ordered this car and have yet to take ownership. I just wanted to pick up on a point in What Car's review - They say the rear seat has a large central tunnel running down the middle making that position very uncomfortable. We chose this car over the likes of a Qashqai because it DIDN'T have this issue (ie is has a nice flat floor). The middle seat is a bit harder than those on the outside (A problem with almost all non large MPV's). I'll update once I have the car .. stars given so far are estimates !

    My car

Had this car from new just over 2 years now. Nice to drive and good to look at, although a little firm because of 17in wheels option. Others who have driven it have also been impressed with its drive. However last service (just filters and oil) took 4 days because dealer could not get the parts. Now thanks to a broken gearbox mount (at 24,000 miles!) I've been without the car for almost a full month.
