The Partner Tepee is comfortable and competent and, powered by this HDi diesel engine (which balances grunt and fuel economy), it's very much worth considering.
The Peugeot Partner Tepee is about as spacious and practical as budget MPVs come, with removable rear seats, a large boot opening with a low loading edge, dozens of storage spaces and big sliding doors to make it a great family holdall.
Despite its ungainly proportions, it's surprisingly fun to drive, too, probably because it's based on the 308's platform. It does lean an awful lot in the corners though. Avoid the sluggish 1.6 petrol and instead go for the mid-power diesel engine, which is best suited to the car and balances performance well with fuel economy.
The interior focuses on practicality (with many family-oriented items) rather than luxury, but the finish is perfectly acceptable and everything feels sturdy. Equipment levels are low, though, especially on the entry-level Urban models, and raising the Tepee to your desired level of specification may well become an expensive exercise.
