    My car

I've now had my new 330iSE for 10 days and I must say that I am mightily impressed. Running it in over the last 1000 miles has displayed superb build quality, refinement and actually a very good ride on optional 18 inch wheels. So far I have averaged nearly 33mpg which is pretty good for a 3 litre straight 6. My local dealer (Bath) has been very helpful.

I also think that thinking of it as a coupe that you can occasionally lower the roof of sets a realistic expectation in our wonderful summer weather (!). Given this I have managed to lower and raise the roof without problem and it gives me the impression of impressive engineering quality and design.

What can I say: overall I think this is a fantastic car. Can I also add that I am extraordinarily pleased about having opted for Monaco Blue with the brown Saddle Leather. A very elegant combination in my opinion. Not as boring as black and a darn sight easier to live with and more elegant than cream leather.

    My car

I took my car down to Italy for a two-week break and the car was impeccable.

It returned good fuel economy, and performance from the 2.5 was more than adequate.

The roof never failed to open or close properly. The handling was outstanding and the car feels very solid for a convertible.

I'm very pleased with the purchase.

    My car

My wife just picked up the 335SE, but I don't really know what it is like to drive, because the fuel pump went after two days.

I seem to have had more luck with our dealership than I have seen in other reviews, as it was turned around in two days.

I will add to the review later, when hopefully we will have achieved some miles. We're planning to take it to France - I hope BMW Assist speak English.

    My car

I bought this car brand new and drove out of the showroom in a beautiful car.

I have that the car for four months now and about three weeks ago the car went in with a rattle. Whilst the engineer was fixing the rattle he broke the boot divide, so we had to wait for a part. Then, today it was hot, so I decided to take the roof off, and everything was fine. I put it up and still it was fine.

When I went to take it down again, it got stuck half up and half down, and I had to start and stop the engine multiple times for the roof to close inch by inch, and it wouldn't lock into place. BMW assist didn't consider the car an emergency as it was driveable.

However, someone I know has the same car and he is waiting for BMW to replace it as it has been in many, many times. The roof gets stuck half up and half down. If the roof didn't do this, the car would be a great car to drive.
