We bought the 2.0 R/T as a second car for my wife around a year ago. It looks the business with it's side skirts, spoiler, fog lights, twin exhaust and being the metallic black one rather hot indeed.
However, to say that Jeremy Clarkson is right when stating Americans can't make cars is an understatement!!! The ride is poor with the suspension overly firm yet it takes corners like a boat. The seats have no side support and, being leather, you literally have to cling onto the steering wheel to stay in the seat! The so-called 150bhp doesn't really kick in until around 3-3500 revs by which time you've used half a tank of petrol. Fuel consumption is very poor even when driving it "normally".
Equipment levels are not bad with air con, CD multichanger and full leather but other than that there is not much more to offer. Rear space can be cramped if you have tall front passengers and the boot space is non-existent.
Having given it a poor review this car does look hot and is more suited to the boy racer generation who would love the style and interior equipment.
