USED Ford Fiesta Hatchback (08 - )

My car

owned this model since 04/03/2009 a superb car, big car refinement in a supermini top marks to ford. this is my first ford but wont be my last if the next focus as good as this car i'll be getting one. top marks to ford keep up the good work

My car

I'm disappointed with my 1.6TDCI. Ford claim it will do 67.2 mpg combined, mine is currently averaging less than 46. I don't drive it hard, and even when I reset the computer and drive like "Miss Daisy" around town and do a constant 60 on the motorway, I only get 49. The car has now done 4500 miles so it should be loosening up.

There are loads of other problems too. The boot has to be slammed shut or the sensor thinks it's still open. The passenger door has to be closed very firmly (the driver's door is ok though!). The stereo often has no sound coming out of it and I have to change the "source" to get it to emit anything. The climate control buttons were defective on delivery (fixed under warranty). The bluetooth sometimes cuts me off mid call. The rear window washer is angled such that it only washes half the screen. There is a sharp edge on the handbrake.

It could've been brilliant, but it is merely average, there are so many niggly things wrong it is annoying and they are purely down to lack of attention.

THE NEW FIESTA BEST BY FAR!! I'm the proud owner of the New ford Fiesta. Ordered mine mid Sept 08 and received it Nov 5th 08. Hot magenta is my colour (as on Advert). People just stop and stare!! I had previously owned the series 6 (the shape was never great, but it was cheap to run). When the New Fiesta was first released on the internet Aug 08, I knew that I had to have one. Now I have. It looks really sexy and the whole driving experience is fantastic for a small car. The whole body shape is fantastic. My wing mirrors automatically fold in on locking the vehicle. It comes with all the luxuries only found in a big exec car; but my fiesta has a lot more. Ford have finally got it right! Beautiful car.

My car

Had this car since mid December & I love it to bits. It's giving me decent MPG, pretty quick, looks great & is a real head turner as I opted to have it in Frozen White. All in all, 10/10!
