    My car

I have had this car for about a month now, it 54 plate and bought it privately for £2500. Love it because has many extras like back electric windows and ghia comfy seats. Don't buy one from a dealer because they are a rip off and also look around for the best deals.

    My car

Owned a 53 plate focus with 40k on clock for 2 weeks and 2 days and just realy dont like it. i wish we never got it.. its a 1.6 16v lx.... the power.. well there realy is none, done a few motorway journeys and climing hills on motorways is just impossible, fuel consumption is very poor especial after 70mpg is drinks fuel very fast ( needs another gear), then to get the car to move in any way you either have to put your foot down ( nothing happens) then change down about 2 gears to notice any change in the speed, burning more fuel... with 2 or more passangers in it is verging dangerously slow, its pathetic at overtaking, the engine sounds like a baby crying, the seats are toooo high feels like im sat in a mini bus, the handling i like.. nice feel through the corners, the windcreen wipers are awquard you have to pull the control towards you to get the back wiper to go then why you try stop them they stop but blocking your view of the road ahead, the back seats i found to be comfortable.. its too ugly, too slow, takes to much fuel, to expensive to tax, sounds horrible... not happy at all cant wait to get rid.

    My car

This is a very annoying car as I normally change my car every 2 years but I can't find anything to beat it so am stuck. This was a major downgrade as I bought new cars for years but the mileage I do resulted in crippling depreciation so I bought a 2004 Focus to run it into the ground. No matter how I drive I always get 50mpg out of it. It has been incredibly reliable despite now touching 134,000 miles and it has never left me stranded. Parts are cheap and readily available from anywhere. There is loads of power in the engine and it's pretty nippy around town and on the motorway. And the tax is cheap. After all those miles the drivers seat is shot but Halfords sell a cushion that solved that one. The original Ford audio is well out of date but easily replaced. Headlamp bulbs are a pig to change yourself so worth investing in long-life bulbs. I have been used to sophisticated trip computers and the Focus equivalent is a knob to press to reset the trip counter. Dashboard lighting needs replacement bulbs but they are not expensive either. The downsides are only niggles. For cheap to buy, maintain, and run, and reliable motoring with plenty of space inside and power under the bonnet I have found it impossible to find an alternative that ticks all those boxes. I'll keep looking though because the Focus has had a personality bypass; its all-rounder competence means it is also a compromise and uninteresting.

    My car

I owned one of these cars and i was only 23 it was the best car i bought for the money. picked it up for a bargain but sadly sold it because i thought i was getting a better deal with a peugeot 307 (dreadful). This car... what can i say. I'm buying another one this year. brillant drive brillant handling even round islands never slipped or slided any where always stayed put. Inside was nice n modern only thing was it had a tape player when a baught it so updated it to cd steering was smooth. Never put a drop of oil in from when i bought it n serviced it the 2nd day of having it. really am going to buy another one of these my girlfriend said it was sleek and sexy looking and even tho i never added any kitting or any thing i just changed the side repeaters from yellow to clear the car always turned heads and ever since selling it ive been called a fool
