USED Ford Kuga Crossover (08 - )

My car

I have now had the Kuga for two years, only one visit to the dealers for a problem dealt with quickly and without issues. The is KUGA comfortable to drive, well equiped, well built with no rattles, looks good. On the road, the Kuga smooths out the many rough surfaces on our roads. current economy is over 43.6 mpg over long runs to our holiday home in the Lake district and local running, it must be a good car my wife falls asleep within 15 minutes of setting out from home, she never did in Freelander 2. Allround this car is an excellent vehicle has not let me down is ecomonical drive and is comfortable what more can I say, would I get another YES I cannot wait for the new model to come out later this year.

Having moved on from my Nissan Juke, I needed to get something slightly bigger with a more relaxed and refined engine. I narrowed down my selection to 3 cars. The Kuga, Quashqai and Tiguan. Of the 3, I felt the Kuga was the most refined, well built and car like to drive. Its also incredibly stylish and affordable. I got a cracking deal on a nearly new one, which came fully loaded with the X-Pack, which includes Xenons, full heated leather and a panoramic roof. It also had the comms pack and appearance pack. Add this to the standard Titanium spec and you end up with a car which has all the bells and whistles to rival competition from cars in two classes above. In the time Ive owned it, it has proven faultless, economical, smooth and effortless to drive. The panoramic roof makes the cabin an airy and spacious place to be and the solar relfecting roof and windscreen means it feels cool even on bright and sunny days! The high driving position gives a real feeling of safety and the Cat one immobiliser adds by providing class leading security. So far, Ive found no flaws at all with the car. It looks fantastic, drives easily, is comfortable on long journeys and seems to be holding its value well. In summary, Id recommend a Kuga to anyone who needs a crossover vehicle.

Definitely the one to go for. Comfortable, easy to drive, good quality apart from centre panel on dash which looks tacky.

Have just ordered the 2WD Titanium model with a few added extras for £17,500 which was a fantastic deal considering it is worth over £22,500 if you configure it on the Ford website. I ordered the car through drivethedeal.com who i have too say were brilliant with no problem whatsoever, it was all so simple and no annoying saleman to get on your nerves. I test drove a 4WD at a dealer who, according to their website 'pride themselves on customer service', i wouldn't buy or book anything with them. They tried to flog me the one year old demo for £18000 with 15000 miles on the clock and would not budge on the price by one penny and i've actually ended up with a brand new car for less by going online. No wonder they are in trouble. Also their attitude is just terrible (avoid them).

Saying all that the car is just excellent with a great 2.0ltr deisel engine which is very refined,it's more than fun to drive and the fuel economy an average of 46mpg and road tax of £145 is perfect for what i want. The extras are a bit pricey as is the car but there are some great deals out there. Try drivethedeal.com they are excellent.
