A huge improvement from the previous generation Mondeo. The TDCi version is fast, frugal and fun to drive.
The diesel engine is a gem and has massive torque for overtaking and motorway driving. However the engine is a bit clattery at idle or when you start it. The interior is well screwed together and feels good to use and touch, although a lttle sombre.
Front and rear vision is excellent but the wing mirrors are too small. The car is looking a bit dated now compared to other rivals (the Vectra and so on). A great effort by Ford.
