    My car

    What is wrong with Ford. a complete mish mash of incompetant useless individuals. My car has been in the garage for one week. The computer has crashed but their Centre in INDIA of all places wont let the garage replace the computer until it has done a series of tests. Dont they realise the whole car could have been rewired and a new computer installed for the costs of running these tests. I do business with India and have done for 25 yrs and the Cardinal rule is do not ever leave them to make a decision. They are trying to save £1000 when the hourly rate for a garage is £100 for a whole week. Its absolutely bonkers and I cannot wait till I get back the car so I can get rid of it. Ford you need urgently to review this nonsensical service arrangement. Henry Ford would turn in his grave. Bad Bad show and bye bye Ford. DONE BUY A S MAX
