We bought the car from a Honda main dealers in Blackburn, we picked it up on the Sunday and took it back on the following Wednesday.
It is great on small journeys, but if you are in the car for 40 minutes or more you will struggle with the comfort of the seats, especially the front passenger seat as there is no or very little adjustments.
Me and my wife drove for about 20 miles, when we got out of the car we were both in pain. the seats are so uncomfortable and lacking in support, it is a wonder that they have never been recalled.
The seats have a seam running through them and I think this is the main cause of the discomfort, combining this with the short wheel base it gives the driver and passenger too hard a ride.
We paid £12,310.00 and it feels like we are driving a new car of around £5-7,000.
This ride quality is not what I expected to get from a Honda, also the lack of customer care was astounding, both from Honda Uk and the dealership, the attitude was that of you have bought the car, it is your problem.
The car looks and runs great and gives very good MPG, just don't try to drive far in it, you will feel the pain.
We now own a good looking £12,310.00 Honda, that we have to put cushions in. Come on Honda, take us out of the cheap seats.
