    My car

With regard to the rear wiper issue, the first demonstrators are now being advertised for sale at some dealerships, several I have seen on the web had no rear wash/wiper fitted. The i10 brochure does not even mention if it is standard or optional equipment, so maybe only some of the early models were effected. I popped into a Hyundai dealer yesterday to have a look over this car, they only had one available to view which had just arrived in their compound, as they had sold out. I am 6ft 2in tall and was able to adjust the driver seat into a comfortable position, and then sit in the seat behind me, with my knees only just brushing the backrest. Three people my size could have sat in the back in reasonable comfort, quite surprising for such a small car, but very little boot space unfortunately. Also probably not a suitable car for long motorway trips, otherwise it seemed excellent value at the price.

    My car

Drove a brand new i10 out of the dealer garage and instantly picked up gear change problems. Turned out that the gearbox was faulty and now needs replacing. Having not driven the car less than 24hrs the car is being inspected by Hyundai technicians for a gearbox replacement which requires importing from India. Hyundai offered a courtesy car through Enterprise car hire....initially a two door astra van !!! Overall dealer service good but once you drive out of the showroom and identify a fault..well then its the 5 yr boasted waranty you have to rely on !!!

    My car

Purchased my i10 Comfort 1 month ago. What a great little car. Our other car is an XC90, so we needed something small and economical. This car has all the kit you could ever want, plus a great stereo, which you can connect your ipod to. I am getting 50mpg on average. Mine has a rear wiper (they all do) looks good, is roomy, safe and ideal for parking, and to cap it all the road tax is £35..it also comes with a 5yr unlimited mileage warranty!! I am 100% pleased with my car, my wife also drives it now and again and loves it. The kids have enough room in the back and there is still room in the boot. Lights are very good at night as well, main beam awesome!Highly recommended. Only minus points: could do with leather steering wheel!Hard to believe I paid £7200 on the road with metallic paint!

    My car

I just love my i10. It is lovely to drive, comfortable and really economical.

I'm currently doing well over 40mpg just around town. I've done one long drive and it didn't present any problems.

My husband drives a Mondeo estate so is used to size and comfort but he's quite happy to travel in my little car.

I don't understand what the previous reviewer said about not having a rear wiper. My car has one and it's only the basic version.

I traded in an MGF to get this car and I'm delighted.

If you want a car that does 0-60 is 0.1 seconds this ain't it. If you want a car with top speed 300 mph this ain't it. If you want a comfortable, cheap car that runs well, this is the one for you.
