    My car

This is the most incredible car I have driven. It has been a schoolboy dream to own one. Now I am privileged to do so.

    My car

I´ve got a 4.2 l model 2003 and to cut a long review short, I just love this car.

This car gives me more pleasure than my Mercedes I had before. I found the quality better. So I highly recommend buying one.

    My car

Like many things, the opinions on the qualities of a car are highly subjective.

Quite often the remarks in test reviews bare little resemblance to everyday real life. How I would love to use the fantastic acceleration that this Jaguar possesses. For such a heavy car it rapidly moves to 60mph, before traffic flow brings you back to reality.

Yes it is rather like driving in a huge armchair in terms of comfort, but an armchair that provides plenty of thigh and lateral support, not to mention good shoulder support. The electric seats have infinite adjustment so it is impossible not to find the right driving position.

There have been a number of improvements since the model was introduced. The electronic handbrake is a fantastic piece of work. The only problem is when you drive another vehicle and forget you actually have to do something. I did have the unnerving experience of watching a hire car roll slowly down the road.

At the end of the day, this vehicle brings a sense of pride back into owning a Jaguar. It turns heads like no other car I have owned. It is surprisingly less expensive to run than many of its rivals. My previous 5-series returned an average of 5mpg fewer.

I would highly recommend this car.
