The car was purchased at the right price and hase proved to be very reliable. The only problems were a failed clutch and rear exhaust which were both fixed at no cost by the local dealer. The car is softly sprung and rides the same. The brakes are good but not outstanding as should befit a car with all round disks. After 53k some of the interior trim although still in fine condition has started to make noises and can become tiresome on longer runs. The engine whilst willing to pull (if the a/c is not on) is rough and and unrefined. However considering the purchase price/warranty/equipment levels I have no major gripes.
Would I buy another Kia? yes; if the price vs package was right. But don' buy if you want to impress your neighbours.
