    My car

Good all round - plenty of acceleration for a diesel and a car of this size

    My car

The Shogun is comfortable, practical, and overall a brilliant vehicle.

For a start, it is a real head-turner. The comfort in the cabin is second to none, including in the back. The cargo area is well designed and, unlike a lot of other cars in its class, the third row of seats folds under the floor.

One of the best cars I've owned. It certainly beats the likes of the Land Cruiser LC and the Discovery Series 3.

    My car

Huge and very capable for towing, but is perhaps too large for every day use. Because of its size, it seems very slow on the road, especially from a standing start.

Trim, gadgets and quality appear average, but servicing looks as if it could be expensive, especially if you remain the urban warrior and don't venture out on the motorway
