I have now owned this car for nearly four years. It is fitted with the Hi-Sat nav which has proved to add to the driving experience. It is cheap to run and returns on average 45mpg.
I would recommend this car as it has given me 74,000 miles of reliable service.
I have just recently purchased this car and I think it is a really good car. The style of inside the Rover 75 is a mixture of retro and modern, which makes it great to look at.
It is a solid car and, with all its airbags, it makes you feel pretty safe while driving it. There is plenty of leg- and headroom for both front and rear passengers.
I have had the contemporary pack and the MP3/6 disc auto changer added to my car and I'm really pleased with them. The ride is smooth and you hardly feel a bump you drive over.
The only problem I have is that the 1.8-litre engine is slightly sluggish but apart from that you actually feel like you're royalty in it.
The only dislike is that I have driven and owned larger engined cars and the Rover's mpg is not very good by comparison. Just returned from a return trip to Birmingham after having a newish engine fitted. Averaged about 23mpg.
Lovely car to drive, although it's a pity it does not have a CD player. Only two faults in the two months. A loose drivers door pane, fixed under warranty, and an annoying rattle at low revs from under the car, yet to be fixed. No other complaints. A lot of car for the money. I'm glad it has the turbo. It would be sluggish without.

Bought car 2009 at 40k miles on clock. Since then I've had to replace both rear electronic brake calipers, to be fair this is probably wear and tear…
