The What Car? review is an accurate summary.
This is the first Saab and convertible we have owned. With 40,000 miles over 3 years on purchase, over 18 months we have added 26,000 miles.
The have been no faults, apart from a small oil leak from the cylinder head which was fixed by the dealer Lincoln Saab.
Two new front tyres have been fitted. The rears look original with approx 5000 miles left.
To improve the soft ride and roadholding, an Eibach suspension kit was fitted (lower springs and harder shock absorbers). This was £600 well spent, resulting in a major improvement. (My wife no longer felt car sick!!)
The car is very comfortable and quiet and has been used frequently on journeys of 300 miles plus with no fatigue averaging 35-37mpg at average speeds of 65mph.

Amazing car, once driven, never forgotton, forget all the pretenders like BMW Z4 and Mercedes SLK, they will never have the passion of a Porsche
I love this car! Handling is great, its fun to drive and even reasonably practical!
