As a community nurse I drive around a busy town and am in and out of my car all day. The Jimny gives a brillant view of the road ahead, it's easy to park and best of all the turning circle is second to none.
The fuel comsuption lets this car down slighty but the comfort of the car makes up for this. I used to have a Ford Ka, but wouldn't swap back to a normal height car again. The acceleration is a bit naff, however for running about town it's just right.
Buy one of these with your eyes open and you won't be dissappointed.
It is a viable alternative to the run-of-the-mill hatchbacks.
It isn't a motorway mile-muncher but is is great around town and entertaining on or off road in the country.
Fit, finish and paint quality look durable rather than flashy and you can actually access under-bonnet requirements without removing endless plastic panels.
Downsides are the bouncy ride on poor surfaces and the notchy gear change. Overall - better than the many tin boxes we have had over the years and a great dealer as well. Buy with confidence.
