    My car

The model is an Aygo black with alloy wheels and bought new in June 2007. After ten months all the wheel nuts corroded, making the appearance of the car "tatty". I took this up with the dealer who declined to change them. Then toyota uk, who also refused. The car has had to have a new dashboard fitted as the old one failed. In general the car was dear and nasty when i bought it and now its second hand its cheap and nasty. My conclusions are Toyota are not what they are cracked up to be and my advice to anyone thinking of buying one "DONT"

    My car

Well here goes. I had this car and got rid of it. I had an 07 last year and swapped it for a yaris 54 plate. I just wanted to get rid of it in the end. I am a mobile hairdresser so the room in the car was not enough for me. Then here goes before the year was up it had four new tyres after 6months and I dont drive like a boy racer not at all. Then we found the back we soaking the door rubbers were leaking and had to be changed. They said this was a common fault. So why was they not all called back toyota. Then the last staw was when the exhaust baffles went. I just said thats it I want somthing else. So no I am not happy about this car. It was brand new and I have not had so many problems with a 9year old car. If you are looking at getting this car dont. Dont get it cos its new cos that dont mean anything.

    My car

I have owned a Toyota Aygo for about two weeks now. I bought this car as a little run around - shopping car. I previously had a beetle cabriolet (which i loved) I didn't properly test drive the car as tbh I wasnt really interested in the car.

I did think OMG !!! what have I done, when I went to pick the ordered car up and thought I was going to regret this.

I hate the cheap plastic inside and the glove box looks like it is going to snap when you use it, its just basic and cheap cheap cheap.

But I have found the car quite nippy and although it lacks the looks and style and all the built quality of the Volkswagen it does make up on the old cheap side of petrol costs/road tax/insurance. My partner has a Porsche and it does make this look like a lego car.

Oh i went for the platinum model which has leather-ish seats and aircon, alloys, elec windows. which seems good vaule for money.

I am so mixed on this car - i love it and hate it at the same time. Its a great 2nd car/city car - but not as a main car.

oh the boots isnt that bad - i fitted a weeks shop in it last night.

I dont know how long it will last but £8k for a new car who cares !!

    My car

I had this car as a courtsey car and wish I still had my car because it was shocking! I was filling it up nearly every other day, was nothing inside equipment wise, and is made of plastic, no rev conter and was boring!
