The car is excellent at all levels - fun to drive, good to be seen in, practical and different. The only slight issue is that it is very noisy at motorway sppeds - I have to have the CDs playing at near maximum volume.
I owned a 2002/52 plate T3 Manual for 18 months.
This was a very acceptable five-seater car, having two young children the built in booster seats were an excellent idea.
The running costs were just about accepatble. Insurance was average. Overall the handling was very good, and general wear and tear of the cabin was excellent. Unfortunately, we needed to sell the vehicle to go automatic.
I test drove the NEW Corolla Verso. VERY DISAPPOINTING. You seem to gain 7 seats, just about, but lose all the wonderful storage the previous Verso had.
The original version is thoroughly recommended. The new version I feel is overpriced and not as good.
