My mum's had a corsa for the last 2 years now, and so far had no major problems.
Managed to knock a wire out of place down at the sailing marina last summer, but this was fixed in less than an hour and under warranty.
To begin with boot seemed small, however my fox terrier cross has plenty of room. Overall a very nice and economical little car.
I bought this car secondhand. It was, to be blunt, the biggest bag of rubbish i've ever had in my life! I had a 3 door plain corsa, nothing fancy. It broke down on me 3 times in 3 months and to top it off, it caught fire while I was driving it. I've just bought a Ford Ka and I hope this is better! I've read reviews and its looking good.
I owned a 3-door Exclusiv model (04 plate) from new - it had everything on it: full leather, heated seats, climate control etc.
It was a fantastic car, and had no problems at all. It was a very quick car, good to drive, very good fuel economy.
New arrival forced me to change to a bigger car or else I would have kept it.
This car took everything I threw at it and it came back laughing and asked for more! Highly recommended.
myself, many friends who all have Vauxhall corsa have a constant problem with the engine management light keep coming on, they had it for over a week the same day it came back they light was back on, not good enough!
