    My car

I have owned Novas and Corsas since I passed my test but this will be my last. Having come from an 04 1.2 Corsa Life this is a real let down. The change in angle of the windscreen and the elongation of the dashboard to where a gorilla couldn't reach the windscreen is a complete design flaw to my mind. The slope and shape of the bonnet is such that I park a mile away from anything in front of me as I can't see where the front of the car is (I am 5'8" so not tiny!). The rear heated window has wires that don't heat up and the radio doesn't come on when the engine turns on even if I left it in the on position when I turned the engine off! The cornering is heavy - so much for SXI power steering. I have only done half my usual mileage as I hate driving this car.

    My car

I have owned this car from new and after only 3 months and covering less than 3000 miles, the front brake pads need replacing due to what the main dealer described as a 'inherant fault'! Also water has got into the rear brake drums causing them to seize on overnight. The car also seems to 'wander' around at motorway speeds and it's quite a choppy ride, only get about 300 miles from a tank full of petrol. On the plus side, the build quality is up to scratch and the Vauxhall dealer (Underwoods)service is excellent.

    My car

I bought this vehicle new, within three weeks the front wheel came adrift when the bottom ball joint fell out, it had not been fastened in. A paint fault on the front of the bonnet took months to sort out when given runaround from dealer who then made a mess of it and it had to be resprayed at another dealership. next the fan motor packed up and needed to be replaced. during month 7 the suspension arm came loose and the bush had to be replaced, and there were a number of rattles and noises from the rear of the car. I decided to cut my losses and got rid of the car after owning it for seven months before anything else went wrong, I will not be buying another vauxhall for a long time.

    My car

I have driven this car and i think it is awful, it is slow, noisy, you can not see out of the front or the back, it is too big, the gearbox is notchy the brakes are too sensitive, the clutch is too abrupt and the handbrake slips, i never want to set foot near one again
