    My car

Having driven the car for over 13000 miles now in traffic and on motorways I am really pleased with it. No problems with the DPF and have achieved 72mpg on some journeys and 58.9 mpg overall. Absolutley nothing has gone wrong in 18 months. The car is comfortable, quiet and a pleasure to drive. Can only recommend it. What else would you buy - a boring A3 or a lower spec hard ride BMW 1 series

    My car

I have owned this car for just over a week now and it is brilliant. It drives very smoothly and the 1.4 TSI engine feels powerful and willing with a very smooth power delivery. The interior seems very well put together and every thing has a high quality feel to it. Gear changes via the 6 speed gearbox are smooth and precise. Over all this car is very smooth and relaxing to drive.

    My car

I have driven the 1.4TSI manual but I want to drive the same with a DSG gearbox, more chance of winning the lottery.

    Using the What Car depreciation calculator a 1.4TSI manual S £15,105 after 4years £5,084.

    A 2.0l 110 S manual £16,055 after 4 years £6,933. Why the big difference.

    My car

Test drove this car last week. Incredibly quiet and smooth, more so than my Saab 9-3 which is refined. Quick and responsive with the fitted DSG and great handling with a surprisingly comfortable ride with the optional 18" alloys. The interior is really classy, better than the BMW 3 series and C Class merc I also looked at. A quick, classy, comfortable car and 50+ mpg to boot.
