Our Polo was bought to replace our 2-year old VW Fox and from the start we knew we where on to a winner! It’s comfy, cheap to run and has the build quality of more expensive cars. Everything inside the car looks, and sounds, like a Volkswagen but nevertheless it’s a really nice place to be. Finding a comfortable driving position is easy but the front seats don’t slide when you fold them forward makes getting into the rear seats with dignity a challenge. We couldn’t believe the deal which we got on the Polo. It wasn’t like they were trying to get rid of a problem car stuck in the garage: we were able to tailor our Polo by choosing the colour, options and the financing. Our family has been buying from Volkswagen for years but we were still surprised by the quality of service given. The only downside to the Polo is the smallish engine: a bit more “off the line grunt” would have been nice. However, this slight niggle doesn’t stop us enjoying the superb handling and refinement of the car.
