For The Volkswagen Touran has the most spacious, practical cabin of the mid-sized MPVs, is comfortable and handles well, and comes with very competitive finance deals.

Against List prices are high, and base spec cars are very sparsely equipped. Some engines are a bit lacklustre, too.

Roomy, practical and extremely well built, the Touran is also good to drive, and has a range of powerful and efficient engines. It’s expensive and rivals look better value on paper but it’s worth the extra and in any case, will cost around the same each month on a PCP.

Buyer's notes

Target Price team says:

The Volkswagen Touran is a fine, seven-seat family car. It competes with the likes of the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso and Ford S-Max, and of these mid-sized MPVs it has the most spacious and versatile interior, despite actually being slightly more compact than both of those competitors.
